WELCOME
At FPC we are a humble people who worship God with authenticity. We are a "come as you are" group of Christians who do not expect our neighbors to be perfect. Jesus meets each one of us right where we are in life and we are so happy to do the same as we learn to follow His lead. We hope you will run into people who are quick to listen and ready to love, full of grace with joy in their hearts. As God's people we are honest about the struggles of life and the need to rely on Jesus for all of our needs; both spiritual and physical.
WHAT TO EXPECT
On a Sunday morning you can expect to hear both hymns and contemporary worship in a blended service. We enjoy a liturgy that teaches us the gospel through being called to worship, confess, give, hear, and receive the blessing of God. We have people who come to church in casual clothing and others who dress up. Whichever of these appeals to you we are happy to be with you in worship. If you have children, they are welcome to stay in worship with you, or to join Children's Church during the service. The sanctuary is a beautiful room that is over 100 years old. We enjoy the space it provides as we sing and pray and hear the Word of God preached faithfully. Please join us on Sunday mornings as we worship the Living God together.
WORSHIP TIME
Sundays at 10:00am in the Sanctuary
FPC KIDS
Children matter to God and your child matters to us! To ensure your child's safety, the FPC Kids wing is locked down every week once worship starts.
Infants through preschool may be checked-in by an adult before service (or anytime during) in green/blue room. They will need picked up by the same adult after worship. (If you need your child for any reason during service, we ask that you ring the doorbell outside the FPC Kids door. Once a teacher verifies who you are, they can buzz you in.)
Kindergarten through fifth grade will be released from the sanctuary during worship (about halfway through) for Children's Church. Kids can be picked up from the orange room in our FPC Kids wing after worship.
Middle school students are welcomed to serve as children's volunteers on Sunday morning. We just ask that you speak to the office staff first with this request.
High school students are welcomed to attend youth group on Monday nights. The typical schedule is every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 6-8pm. We encourage our high school students to stay in worship and they typically take sermon notes from the balcony together.
