At FPC we are a humble people who worship God with authenticity. We are a “come as you are” group of Christians who do not expect our neighbors to be perfect. Jesus meets each one of us right where we are in life and we are so happy to do the same as we learn to follow His lead. We hope you will run into people who are quick to listen and ready to love, full of grace with joy in their hearts. As God’s people we are honest about the struggles of life and the need to rely on Jesus for all of our needs; both spiritual and physical.
On a Sunday morning you can expect to hear both hymns and contemporary worship in a blended service. We enjoy a liturgy that teaches us the gospel through being called to worship, confess, give, hear, and receive the blessing of God. We have people who come in casual clothing and others who dress up—come as you’re comfortable. Children are welcome to remain in worship, or they may join Children’s Church during the service. Our sanctuary is over 100 years old—beautiful beams and all—where we sing, pray, and hear the Word of God preached faithfully.
Children matter to God and your child matters to us! To ensure safety, the FPC Kids wing is locked once worship starts.
Check-in before or during service in the green/blue room. The same adult must pick up after worship. If you need access during service, ring the doorbell at the FPC Kids door and a teacher will buzz you in.
Released midway through worship for Children’s Church. Pick-up is in the orange room after the service.
Middle schoolers may serve as children’s volunteers (check with the office first). High schoolers attend youth group on 1st & 3rd Mondays, 6–8pm, and often sit together in the balcony on Sundays.
Our church building sits right across the street from A & B Coffee’s Fourth Street entrance. We use the large glass doors directly off the parking lot as our main entrance.
If you have any questions before you come, reach out. We’re here to help.
