FESTIVAL OF THE RISEN KING

Volunteer areas: 

Games* Help kids play the game by the rules provided and give them appropriate number of tickets for playing/winning

Store* Help kids shop in the store, refill items that run low, take tickets at checkout

Registration* Sign kids up to play games and give information to parents

Snacks* Pop popcorn and hand out cotton candy

Food* Plate up Wholly Smokes meals

Outside entertainment/trash Keep eyes on the bouncy houses, reset yard games when needed, replace trash bags, wipe down tables etc.

*Volunteers can sit, if needed.

• Volunteers should plan to arrive no later than 10am and stay until 3pm, Lunch will be available from Wholly Smokes. We ask that you pay $10 to cover your lunch.

• Volunteers should wear nametag (provided) and FPC shirt if they have one, or they can borrow one for the day. (A plain navy-blue shirt would work too.)

• Volunteers who can only work part of the time can also be paired up with another volunteer who has limited availability. (Please indicate your availability when signing up.)

• Snacks, food, outside, store, and snacks will all be a team of volunteers, meaning everyone should have time to take a break from volunteering to enjoy lunch and the festival at some point in the day. Games volunteers we will try to partner up so you can enjoy the festival and run your game, but we want to keep you working the same game, so we have consistency throughout.
